What if our systems of feedback matched our efforts in nurturing character and skills?

Turn learning data into stories that shape each learner’s sense of self, purpose and possibility. All while radically reducing admin workload.

Gatherr is what our tool does,
and what it asks of adults.

Learning data should create momentum for growth, not just be filed away. Gatherr helps schools construct personalised insight for every occasion.

Aditya Nair

Our semester in review
Aditya has grown in his ability to reflect on his learning and engage with others. He actively seeks understanding, seeking to grasp underlying principles apart from facts during our lessons. His willingness to acknowledge mistakes demonstrates a maturity in his interpersonal skills, particularly in one instance when he said, ‘I was wrong about that person and I want to tell them directly to apologise.’ Aditya’s commitment to self-improvement and becoming a supportive friend to others is a joy to have in our community.

You have probably walked this road.

What schools improvised with — surveys, rubrics, psychometric checklists — kept sorting children into bands. We asked for collaboration and built tools that foster comparison. Marks. Percentiles. Distance from a standard.
